Mounir Telkass — Chairman & founder
A generalist industrial engineer (CESI), Mounir began his career in automotive supplier quality — the shop floor, the lines, the non-conformities. He then worked for a staffing firm and later a recruitment firm, always within industry: two worlds that taught him what "delivering" really means for an industrial client. This triple background — technical, staffing, recruitment — led him to found MT-Transition in 2018. He still personally runs field assignments today: supplier crisis management at Emotors, quality turnaround on the Ariane 6 program at ArianeGroup, supplier task force at Chantiers de l'Atlantique on the MSC Virtuosa cruise ship, operational excellence in industrial production. A firm that only knows industry by hearsay can't select the right profiles.
