MT-Transition handles your personal data with the same standard of confidentiality as your mission files. This page describes what data we collect, why, and your rights.

Data collected

Contact and callback forms: identity, contact details, company, request expressed. CV submission: identity, contact details, background, attached CV. Audience measurement: anonymized browsing data (GA4 via GTM).

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your requests and calling you back (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures); managing transition manager applications (consent); measuring website audience (consent).

Retention periods

Company requests: 3 years after the last contact. CVs and applications: 2 years unless you renew your consent.

Recipients

Your data is processed by MT-Transition only. CVs are never shared with a client without your explicit agreement, mission by mission.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: write to contact@mttransition.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL in case of disagreement.
